All bikes, parts, clothing and accessories ordered through this website can be returned for a full refund or exchange 30 days after the original purchase. Goods must be unused, with all original tags attached. For safety reasons, helmets and clothing in particular must still have the original tags attached.
Please complete our customer returns form, and print it off attaching your receipt, and post these along with the goods back to us. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We will refund you the value you paid via the original method of payment within 48 hours. Refunds via credit card take between 3 and 5 days between us making the return and it being processed by the card providers and showing on your account. The postage paid for the order will not be refunded when returned (except if we have sent an incorrect or faulty item and we are refunding, not exchanging) however exchanges will be posted free of charge (UK Mainland only).
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, unless we have sent you the wrong item or the item is faulty, in which case we will reimburse your postage costs.
Footwear, clothing and helmets should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging with all tags attached as this is considered a material part of the product.
A deduction will be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which a customer can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
If you receive a complimentary gift with your order(s) as part of a gift with purchase promotion you must return the gift to us with your item(s).
In all instances, please send your items(s) via recorded delivery and retain proof of postage.
We will deal with your return within 24 hours of receipt during our normal working week. Please allow for the delivery time of the goods being returned to us, reaching our premises.
