We'll deliver your bike, free of charge to any SR, DH or NE postcode in our own vans.
Further afield?
All bikes over £1,000 are delivered by us, in our own vans, for a flat fee of £50 within 125 miles of the shop. So anything from Glasgow, Stirling and Dundee down to Liverpool, Sheffield and Hull. Bikes over £3,000 are delivered for free in this area.

We use a seperate, trusted courier. We'll discuss this when you place your order.
All bikes are delivered set up and ready to go. We'll ask you for your height, weight and usual saddle height and have the controls set up and the suspension set for your weight (where appropriate).
Some tubeless tyres come set up tubeless from the manufacturer, some come with inner tube fitted. There'll be a note on the valve if the wheel is set up tubeless. Please contact us when you order if you specifically want a bike set up either tubeless, or with a tube.
Parts, Clothing and Accessories
We'll send any part, accessory, helmet or clothing piece which are in stock out to you on a next day service, if ordered before 1pm
Items held in the warehouse can be up to four days for transfer to store for shipment before being sent out.
