If you've bought your bike from us then we'll do everything we can to get it into the workshop within two days. Naturally, if it needs parts we don't have in stock, or if we're waiting for support from the manufacturer then there can be delays, but we'll do our best for you.
If you've bought your bike elsewhere?
Simply speaking, buying your bike from us allows us to reinvest in the workshop - it's an ugly but undeniable truth. Of course there can be a lot of reasons why you bought a bike elsewhere, new or used. We want to look after you too, and we'll do our best to fit you in as quickly as we can, but it might be a longer wait when the workshop is busy.
What do we service?
Bikes have become more specialist. We'll service Giant, Orbea, Scott and Pivot and other bikes that we've sold for the past 5 years which we can still get the parts or technical support on.
We're good with all Shimano and SRAM, Hope and Magura. We're great with Di2 and SRAM AXS.
What don't we service?
We don't currently do suspension servicing in house, and instead send Fox and Rock Shox away to trusted, specialist teams.
We don't take any homebrew ebikes in, or any electric motorbikes like Sur-Ron. We don't know what we're doing with them, can't get the parts or technical documents and suggest you'd be in better hands going back to your supplying dealer or specialists.
