| Lets say you buy a bike for £250.00. Our system calculates a "loyalty credit" of £25.00 and saves it against your name. Next time you buy something, the checkout display gives you the option of using all, or just part, of your loyalty credit. Maybe you came back for a £39.00 helmet; you could get it for as little as £14.00 – you choose how much to pay above this, and how much to loyalty credit to save. Whatever you do, your loyalty credit will increase by £3.90 when you buy the helmet! |

| There's no complicated form-filling, no loyalty card to forget, and no way we will ever disclose your details to anyone else. Your credit card details are never held on our systems. We will contact you by email with news of sales, special offers and loyalty scheme updates only, unless you tell us you don't want to receive them, in which case your details will be removed from the mailing list: your loyalty credit will still work as normal. |

Whenever you buy a bike (or anything) from us, your details are stored on our Cybertill® SSL-certified secure database, which remembers you when you return, calls up your loyalty credit and asks you if you want a discount. Just log on to the website or mention your name at the shop counter, and start saving! |
