Will my bike come
properly assembled? |
If you order and collect the bike from the shop, it will be fully assembled and safety checked in store by our Cytech® trained and qualified mechanics.
If you choose to have the bike shipped, it will be assembled and safety checked in store as normal, and then re-boxed. When your the bike arrives, all you have to do is put the seat in, attach the bars, fit the front wheel and pedals and you're off.
NO BIKE EVER LEAVES OUR PREMISES WITHOUT FREE PROFESSIONAL ASSEMBLY AND PROPER SAFETY CHECKS!
A first service is highly recommended after 1 month. Failure to service the bike at this point may cause it to develop problems that could lead to irreparable damage and bad performance. Should any aspect of the bicycle give you cause for concern, contact us and we'll do whatever it takes to put your mind to rest: We pride ourselves in providing an unrivalled after-sales service for all our customers.
ALL OUR BIKES COME WITH SIX MONTHS FREE SERVICING
This is obviously worth taking advantage of if you live locally; if not, it is strongly recommended that you take the bike into your local cycle shop and ask them to check it over.
