Online Security Cycle World has been established since 1975.  We take online security extremely seriously and have taken several steps to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially and accurately.  Cycle World and Cybertill offer the use of secure servers where information is protected by industry-standard encryption technology. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us. In the highly unlikely event of credit card fraud, the credit card issuer normally covers the cost; as a consumer you should contact your card providers to find out your position. We have made online shopping secure and easy. When you order, we only require your name, email address, mailing address, credit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process your order and notify you of your order status. We delete your online credit card details as soon as the order is processed. In summary, you can be sure that we have taken every step to ensure that your online ordering is safe and secure. Delivery Policy Small items are normally sent by First Class Post, larger items and complete bikes are sent by FASTWAY Couriers 24 hour .Therefore, most items are delivered next day.  However, as with all couriers, delays may occur.      The cost of delivery is worked out automatically when the order is placed, all orders over £100 are free. Returns Policy We have an open returns policy and will accept goods back if they don't fit your bike, if you've ordered the wrong thing, or if you simply don't like them. We only ask that you return items within 7 days and that returned items are unused and with their original packaging.  Please remember to enclose your name, address, telephone number transaction reference and email address together with your request for replacement, refund (excluding postage) or exchange and reason for returning the goods.                 When returning faulty goods please contact us before returning them as many problems can be solved before goods are returned. If the goods need to be returned, a refund, replacement or repair will be offered depending on each individual case.   If you prefer a Refund, once we receive the goods  we will refund you, by the method you used to pay for your order. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.

Cycle World's Privacy Policy We promise not to pass on any details to any third parties. When you make an order, we only require your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. We also ask for your phone number, so that we can call notify you of your order status. Your credit card details are deleted as soon as an order has been dispatched. We may occasionally send you notice of special offers by email. If you do not want to receive these emails from us, please send an email to cycleworldshop@tiscali.co.uk.

How accurate is our website? We have done everything to ensure that the descriptions of the items on the website are as accurate as possible, but we all make mistakes and will not be held responsible for any real or perceived discrepancies between products and their descriptions.
